Description

Our research projects are focused on elucidation of cellular mechanisms underlying regenerative processes in tissues and organs following injury and on the role of different cell types including stem cells in organ repair. Another area of our interests includes high resolution cell imaging in regenerating and neoplastic tissues. We offer training in research techniques in this field and the opportunity to learn how the methods of modern cell biology and cell imaging can be applied to clinical research. These projects would be ideal for premedical undergraduates or any students interested in regenerative cell biology and cell imaging during normal and malignant growth .
