Lung Cancer Longitudinal Survey

This project aims to develop a longitudinal survey of patients with lung cancer (ALK Positive). It aims to follow patients overtime and understand their experiences in diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. We hope to understand predictors of better outcomes and transform the care of the survivors.
