Description
We seek to comprehensively explore the etiology and typology of social media harassment via the computational social science techniques. This project emphasizes the significance of incorporating sociological findings into automatic computational prevention systems for online harassment. Students on this project will learn how to read scientific literature, conduct qualitative analyses of social media behaviors, and basic statisical or computational techniques (e.g., AI techniques).
