UROPConnect

UROPConnect is now partnering with the SOM Office of Medical Student Research to include research opportunities specific to medical students in the searchable database. The same features listed below are now available for students currently enrolled in the WSU School of Medicine seeking mentored research opportunities.

UROPConnect is a searchable database designed to support undergraduate and medical school student participation in research and creative activity across the campus. UROPConnect includes profiles for Wayne State University faculty members with information about their research interests as well as a listing of posted openings for undergraduates on research projects.

STUDENTS: Using UROPConnect, you can identify faculty who are doing research that matches your interests. Search for research opportunities, and connect with the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) for undergraduate students, or SOM Office of Medical Student Research for med school students, to learn more about getting involved.
