Description

The lab focuses on epigenetic mechanisms of cell fate decisions. We integrate experimental data with computational analysis of epigenomic (e.g. ChIP-Seq) and transcriptomic (e.g. RNA-Seq) data. We are looking for computer scientists, bioinformaticians, and computational biologists who are interested in epigenetic regulation of gene expression.

Qualifications

Good understanding of computer science, programming, biology
