Romanticism, mostly British but also comparative (French, German); Jewish studies--Jewish representations, Anglophone Jewish literature; 18th/19th c. British literature--Godwin, Shelleys, Wollstonecraft, Thelwall, Coleridge, Wordsworth, Clare, Keats, Gothic writing, working-class writing; psychoanalytic criticism, as well as hermeneutics (Gadamer especially).
