Heidi Bulich is an Associate Professor of Teaching with more than 25 years of experience in higher education as a program director, senior administrator and teacher. Since January 2023, she has been teaching business law at the Mike Ilitch School of Business. In the past, Heidi has taught business law, real estate law, sustainability in the built environment, real estate development, advanced commercial law and other courses to undergraduate and graduate students at 3 BIG10 institutions and 1 ACC institution. In addition, she established and directed 2 popular minors and was a senior administrator in the Provost’s office at the University of Maryland. She has won numerous awards for her teaching, including the Outstanding Faculty Member at Michigan State University.
Prior to teaching, Heidi practiced real estate banking and corporate law for a Detroit law firm and worked as inside counsel, focusing on bank regulatory work and compliance for a large financial institution.
