Biography
Joe has a background in rhetoric, writing, and technical communications. His writing background includes arts and entertainment reporting, sports reporting, textbook authoring, and academic publications focused on writing assessment and writing program administration. As a PhD candidate, Joe's research examines the politiics and history of citation practices in the field of rhetroic and composition. Joe was born and raised in the Lansing area with an extended family there and in metro Detroit where he now calls home.
