Philip Ross, D.O. is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) with the Division of Neurocritical Care, Wayne State University/Detroit Receiving Hospital. He joined the Department in March of 2021. Dr. Ross received his B.S. from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2009. He is a graduate of LMU - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, 2014. He completed his neurology residency with the Department of Neurology Ascension Health System in Warren, Michigan in 2018 and served as Chief Intern for Class of 2014, St. John Providence/Ascension Health System. Dr. Ross completed a Neurocritical Care Fellowship with the Department of Neurology at Henry Ford Hospital, Michigan in 2020.
Dr. Ross is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry. He served as Attending Neurologist at St. Luke’s Hospital – Duluth, MN, 2018 - 2019
