Research Description
My research interests are inherited peripheral nerve diseases and Schwann cell–axon interactions in myelin physiopathology. I am focused on investigating how FIG4-deficient axons and macrophages trigger cytoplasmic calcium overload in Schwann cells, leading to segmental demyelination.
