Research Description
Understanding social relationships and their impact on health from a social psychological perspective is the central focus of my lab's research.
My research has two main facets:
1) Basic research on close relationship processes, focusing on romantic relationships, family relationships, and friendships
2) Investigations of the links between social relationships, biological processes and physical health
