Biography

As a committed teacher of Technical and Professional Communication, UX/UI, Writing and Rhetoric, I am inspired by my Wayne State students, my partners in startups and non-profits in Detroit, and by Detroit itself!  My research and my teaching center around diverse aspects of Professional and Technical Writing: project management, pedagogy/teaching and learning, problem based learning, entrepreneurship, disability studies, accessible and adaptive technologies, climate change (carbon removal), and social justice.
